While upgrading mysql 5.1 to 5.5 OS centos 4.9

-bash-3.00# tail -f /var/log/mysqld.log
InnoDB: error.

InnoDB: the corrupt table. You can use CHECK
InnoDB: TABLE to scan your table for corruption.
